Caller ID Name Caching on Cisco SPXX

Cisco SPAXXX series phones will display Caller ID Name based upon the info provided in an incoming invite, the first time around.  Thereafter, the Cisco phone displays the name recorded in the received/missed call lists on the phone.

This is a fairly rare scenario, but sometimes is an issue when a username is changed on an internal extension at an office, for example.

To resolve, simply clear the missed/received call lists on the Cisco SPA phone.
