Applying call forwarding in CommPortal

Changing the call forwarded to numbers, can be completed via self-care.

  1. Log into
  2. Click on the 'Call manager' Tab
  3. Click on the 'Forwarding' tab
  4. Select the tab for the type of forwarding you want.
  5. Immediately | Busy/No Answer | Selected Callers | Forwarding Destinations
  6. Check the box to enable the forwarding
  7. Enter the forwarded to number in the forwarding field
  8. Click 'Apply'
